Return and refund policy

We want you to keep only what you love. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Jewelry — free returns. Unworn jewelry in its original packaging returns free within the US: email hello@softlygilded.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. For hygiene, earrings that have been worn are final sale.

Clothing — free store credit, or refund with a label fee. Unworn, unwashed clothing with tags attached can be returned within 30 days: for store credit, the return label is free; for a refund to your original payment method, a $6.95 return-label fee is deducted. Size exchanges ship free.

Complete-the-Look orders: the 10% look saving applies when you keep three or more pieces from a look. If a return drops your kept pieces below three, the refund is recalculated without the discount on the remaining items.

Defective or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded in full, free, in any category — just email a photo and we'll make it right.

Orders may arrive in more than one package; items from the same order can be returned together or separately within the 30-day window.
